Description

Welcome to Mega Machines Robotics! In this hands-on STEM class, students will build motorized vehicles, machines, and robots inspired by real-world technology. From helicopters and space rovers to robotic arms and magical machines, children will explore engineering through building, experimenting, and play.
What Students Will Learn
Simple Machines
  • Discover how levers, pulleys, gears, wheels, and axles work through fun building challenges.
  • Learn to recognize simple machines in everyday life.
Engineering & Robotics
  • Explore motors, gears, axles, and gear ratios while creating moving robotic models.
  • Develop problem-solving skills through hands-on experimentation.
Beginning Coding
  • Use simple drag-and-drop programming to bring robotic creations to life.
  • Experiment with movement, sensors, sounds, and loops to customize each build.
Teamwork & Collaboration
  • Build with partners and small groups while practicing communication, cooperation, and creative problem-solving.
Class Highlights
