Students learn mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation to help release anxiety and manage tough emotions. Through gentle yoga flows, guided relaxation and crafting, students will build emotional resilience and find healthy ways to cope with stress. A supportive space to explore self-awareness and inner calm.
